Announcement The seventieth (70) anniversary of the revolution of November 1, 1954
On the framework of commemorating the seventieth anniversary of the November 1 Revolution, the Consulate General of Algeria in London, in cooperation with the associational movement, activists from the community, and a group of Algerian schools teaching the Arabic language, is organizing an activity for the benefit of members of the Algerian community on Saturday, November 2, 2024, in the hall downstairs, which includes the following:
From five pm to six pm: A lecture on the revolution of November 1, 1954, the contexts and circumstances of its outbreak, presented by Professor Mohamed BOUABDALLAH, a researcher and lecturer in Arab studies at the University of Westminster in London, followed by a discussion.
From six pm to eight pm: Organizing a competition on the history of the Algerian revolution in which Algerian children studying in Algerian schools participate. The competition includes reciting national anthems, activities, an exhibition, and the presentation of a play about the Arab moudjahid Larbi Ben M’hidi, and concludes with honoring the participating children.
